Cedar Woods knows it takes more than roads and houses to build a real community. That is why community development is central to the creation of new projects from the ground up. As part of this commitment, master planned communities such as Williams Landing and Carlingford are developed with major community uses in mind and local clubs and non-profit groups are funded to support social infrastructure.
